The core advantages of this product are: first, the bulk density reaches 1000 kg/m³, with the addition of professional sound absorption additives, the sound insulation coefficient reaches RW 38 dB, which can effectively block the transmission of medium and high frequency noise, meeting the sound insulation requirements of hotel guest rooms and recording studios. Second, it still maintains the ASTM E84 Class A fire rating, providing double protection of sound insulation and fire protection for the space. Third, the high flexural strength and compressive strength ensure that it can be used as a load-bearing partition wall material, reducing the need for additional load-bearing structures. In addition, it adopts environmentally friendly raw materials, which will not produce harmful odors during use, and will not cause secondary pollution to the space.

The product has two optional thickness specifications: 15mm and 20mm, with a standard size of 1220mm × 2440mm, and the bulk density is 1000 kg/m³. The compressive strength is not less than 25 MPa, and the flexural strength is not less than 12 MPa, which can meet the load-bearing requirements of non-load-bearing partition walls. The water absorption rate is ≤8%, which ensures that it will not deform in conventional indoor environments. The sound insulation performance meets the national sound insulation level 4 standard, and can effectively reduce the noise transmission between floors and between rooms.

It is mainly applicable to the manufacturing of non-load-bearing partition walls in recording studios, cinemas, hotel guest rooms, office buildings and other places, as well as the ceiling sound insulation transformation of high-rise residential buildings. In recording studio scenarios, it can create a completely quiet recording environment; in hotel guest room scenarios, it can effectively block the noise between rooms, improving the sleeping experience of guests. It can also be used as a sound insulation material for subway stations and other public places with high noise.
