The nano self-cleaning coating has a contact angle of ≥110°, which can form a water-repellent oil-repellent surface, and rainwater can automatically wash away surface dust and stains without manual cleaning. The 2000-hour UV aging test ensures that the color will not fade for more than 15 years of outdoor use. The welded hanging installation structure has strong wind resistance, meeting the safety requirements of high-rise building exterior walls, and can be customized according to customer needs for color and surface texture.
The standard specification is 1200mm × 2400mm × 1.2mm, with a single piece weight of 2.1kg. The nano coating thickness is 20μm, and the fluorocarbon bottom layer thickness is 60μm. It has passed the IPX7 waterproof test, suitable for rainy and humid outdoor environments, and the wind resistance level reaches ≥Level 10, meeting the safety requirements of 100-meter high-rise buildings. The surface adopts anti-static treatment to reduce dust adsorption, and the material has excellent corrosion resistance to acid and alkali gases.
It is suitable for exterior wall decoration of commercial buildings, office building facades, subway entrance canopies and outdoor advertising sign bottom plates, as well as exterior wall renovation of old residential areas and commercial streets.
