The precision punched hole structure can accurately control the sound absorption coefficient to 0.75, effectively reducing secondary noise reflection in large spaces. The fluorocarbon coating has passed the 1000-hour UV aging test, without fading or powdering after long-term use. The keel hoisting installation method supports large-area rapid construction, and the modular design facilitates single-piece replacement and later maintenance, solving the problems of high maintenance cost and long construction period of traditional engineering ceiling materials.

The standard specification is 600mm × 600mm × 1.0mm, with a single piece weight of 0.35kg. The fluorocarbon coating thickness is 80μm, and the hole diameter of the punched plate is 8mm. It is compatible with T-shaped main keels and auxiliary keels of conventional engineering ceilings, with a wind pressure resistance of ≥800Pa, meeting the safety requirements of large public places. The fire rating of Class A meets the national engineering fire safety standards, and it can adapt to temperature changes from -20℃ to 80℃.
It is suitable for ceiling decoration of large commercial spaces such as shopping mall atriums, office building corridors, high-speed railway station waiting halls and hospital wards, as well as conference rooms and multi-functional halls that require sound insulation treatment. It can also be used for ceiling renovation of large-scale old commercial buildings to improve the sound environment and overall appearance.
