This low-VOC formaldehyde-free gypsum board uses starch-based formaldehyde-free adhesive instead of traditional urea-formaldehyde adhesive, with formaldehyde emissions tested at 0mg/m³ by national authoritative institutions. It uses 100% recycled kraft paper as the face panel, meeting LEED v4.1 recycled material credit requirements. It retains the structural strength and installation convenience of ordinary gypsum boards, with optional moisture-resistant and fire-resistant coatings to meet different application scenarios. It solves the pain point of formaldehyde harm to human health from traditional gypsum boards, providing a healthy and safe interior decoration solution for high-requirement spaces.

The standard sheet size is 1219mm x 2438mm, with thickness options of 12.7mm and 15.9mm. The core uses natural gypsum powder and starch-based formaldehyde-free adhesive, with a core density of 810-850 kg/m³. The face panel uses 100% recycled kraft paper, meeting LEED v4.1 environmental protection standards. It complies with ASTM C1396 and GB/T 9775 industry standards, with optional moisture-resistant and fire-resistant coatings to meet different application needs. Each wooden pallet contains 45 pieces of boards, and it is compatible with standard drywall fasteners. A 12.7mm thick board weighs approximately 22-24 kg per sheet.

This formaldehyde-free gypsum board is suitable for indoor spaces with extremely high requirements for indoor air quality, including children's room decoration, hospital ward areas, kindergarten classrooms, high-end residential bedrooms, and LEED-certified commercial buildings. It replaces ordinary gypsum boards in high-requirement spaces, solving the problem of formaldehyde emission harm to human health, providing a healthy and safe interior decoration material that meets the environmental protection certification requirements of buildings, and creating a safe and healthy indoor living environment for users.
