This acoustic drywall features a 45% porous gypsum core that absorbs sound waves and a uniformly perforated face panel with a 15% perforation rate and 3mm diameter holes, effectively reducing indoor reverberation time and noise transmission. When installed with two layers of 15.9mm boards, it can reach an STC rating of 52, meeting the acoustic requirements of most commercial and public spaces. It has ultra-low formaldehyde emissions that comply with environmental protection standards, and the perforated face panel has a decorative effect that eliminates the need for additional finishing, solving the pain point of complicated acoustic renovation and high costs of traditional sound insulation materials.

The standard sheet size is 1219mm x 2438mm, with thickness options of 15.9mm and 19mm. The core uses 45% porous gypsum aggregate to enhance sound absorption performance, with a perforated face panel with a 15% perforation rate and 3mm diameter holes. It passes the ASTM C423 sound absorption test and ASTM E119 fire resistance test, with formaldehyde emissions not exceeding 0.03mg/m³. Each wooden pallet contains 35 pieces of boards, and it is compatible with standard drywall fasteners. The surface is available in white and off-white finishes to match different interior design styles.

This acoustic gypsum board is suitable for indoor spaces that require noise control, including open office areas, meeting rooms, school classrooms, recording studios, cinemas, and libraries. It is used to reduce noise interference in open office areas, solve the echo problem in classrooms, and improve the acoustic environment of music halls and recording studios, providing a comfortable and quiet indoor space for users while maintaining a concise and beautiful interior decoration style.
