This fire-resistant drywall stands out for its superior fire resistance performance, with vermiculite added to the gypsum core to slow down heat transfer and prevent the board from cracking or collapsing under high-temperature flame impact. The heat-resistant kraft paper face maintains structural integrity even at temperatures up to 1000°C, and it meets strict NFPA 285 vertical wall fire test standards. With ultra-low formaldehyde emissions, it does not produce harmful gases during a fire or daily use, solving the pain point of insufficient fire resistance of ordinary gypsum boards, providing a reliable fire protection solution for high-risk building areas.

The standard sheet size is 1219mm x 2438mm, with thickness options of 15.9mm and 19mm for different fire resistance requirements. The core density ranges from 880 to 920 kg/m³, with a heat-resistant face paper weighing 200g/m² for enhanced durability. It passes the ASTM E119 1-hour fire resistance test and is UL listed, ensuring compliance with global fire protection standards. Each wooden pallet contains 40 pieces of boards, and it is compatible with UL-listed drywall fasteners. When installed with two layers of 15.9mm boards, it has a sound transmission class (STC) rating of 38.

This fire-resistant gypsum board is suitable for high-fire-risk interior spaces that require strict fire compliance, including hotel kitchen wall partitions, mall evacuation stairwells, hospital ward areas, high-rise residential public corridors, and school laboratories. It is used to replace ordinary gypsum boards in high-risk areas, ensuring that buildings pass fire protection inspections and meet national fire safety codes, providing reliable fire protection for personnel evacuation and building structural safety during fire accidents.
