It uses modified wood fiber as the base material, and is impregnated with environmentally friendly flame retardant through vacuum, reaching the EU EN 13501-1 B1 flame retardant standard, with low smoke density and no toxic gas release when burning. The surface is precisely sanded, with a flatness error of ≤0.1mm, adapting to high-precision CNC processing equipment, and can easily perform processing operations such as cutting, drilling and milling. Compared with ordinary substrate boards, its glue strength is ≥0.7MPa, which has excellent peeling resistance, adapting to the edge banding process of custom furniture, and the GREENGUARD Gold certification ensures that its indoor formaldehyde emission is extremely low, adapting to high-end whole-house customization scenarios, solving the industry pain point that custom furniture base materials have insufficient fire resistance.

The standard size is 1220mm×2440mm, with thickness options of 9mm, 12mm and 15mm. The density is controlled at 800-850kg/m³, the bending strength is ≥18MPa, and the impact resistance is excellent. The moisture content of the board is controlled at 6%-8%, ensuring that there will be no deformation and warping in different humidity environments. The flame retardant adopts a nano-scale inorganic formula, which will not affect the processing performance and appearance texture of the board, and the surface sanding roughness Ra≤1.6μm, meeting the subsequent processing requirements of painting and veneering.

It is mainly used for cabinet backplanes and wardrobe side panels of high-end whole-house custom furniture, backplane shells of smart home equipment, base materials of integrated walls, and protective panels of industrial equipment. It is especially suitable for batch processing and production of custom furniture factories, and can adapt to high-precision processing equipment, while having excellent fire resistance, meeting the fire safety requirements of commercial office furniture and high-end residential furniture, and improving the safety level and market competitiveness of products.
