It uses high-density wood fiber as the base material, and is impregnated with environmentally friendly inorganic flame retardant through pressure, reaching the national standard GB 8624-2012 Class A flame retardant standard, and will not produce molten droplets when burning, effectively slowing down the spread of fire. The surface is covered with a polyurethane wear-resistant coating, which has excellent water and UV resistance, and has no obvious discoloration or embrittlement after 5000 hours of UV accelerated aging test. Compared with traditional outdoor boards, its compressive strength is ≥30MPa, which can withstand heavy outdoor loads, and it also has insect and mildew resistance, without regular maintenance and can be used for a long time, greatly reducing the later maintenance costs of outdoor projects.

It provides two standard sizes of 1220mm×2440mm and 1830mm×2440mm, with thickness options of 18mm, 20mm and 25mm. The base material density is 750-800kg/m³, and the water absorption thickness expansion rate is ≤2%, meeting the use requirements of outdoor high-humidity environments. The flame retardant adopts an inorganic mineral formula, which will not release toxic and harmful gases at high temperatures, complying with the EU CE building material safety standards. The thickness of the polyurethane coating on the surface of the board is 0.3mm, which has anti-slip and anti-scratch properties, adapting to high-frequency use scenarios such as outdoor trestles and platforms.

It is suitable for outdoor building exterior wall cladding, scenic area trestle guardrails, outdoor public rest area furniture frames, temporary prefab house walls and protective wall panels of ports and wharves. It is especially suitable for outdoor projects in rainy and humid areas in southern China, which can maintain structural stability under extreme weather such as heavy rain and high temperature exposure, and effectively prevent the rapid spread of fire in case of fire, thus gaining valuable time for personnel evacuation, and is an ideal solution for fire safety in outdoor engineering.
