It uses poplar solid core as the base material, combined with an environmentally friendly flame retardant impregnation process to achieve efficient flame retardancy from the base material level, and will not release a large amount of toxic smoke when burning, complying with building fire safety standards. The surface is covered with melamine impregnated paper, which has the characteristics of wear-resistant, scratch-resistant and easy to clean, while retaining the natural wood texture. Compared with ordinary flame retardant boards, its formaldehyde emission reaches the E0 grade CARB P2 standard, which has no negative impact on indoor air quality, and is suitable for scenarios with extremely high environmental requirements such as children's rooms, hospitals and schools, solving the industry pain point that traditional flame retardant boards either fail to meet environmental standards or have single appearance.

The standard board size is 1220mm×2440mm, with three thickness options of 12mm, 15mm and 18mm. The base material is imported poplar solid core, with a density controlled at 650-700kg/m³, a bending strength of ≥15MPa, and excellent impact resistance. The flame retardant penetrates into the wood fiber through a negative pressure vacuum impregnation process, and the flame retardant validity period is more than 15 years, and the flame retardant performance will not decay due to daily use. The thickness of the surface melamine coating is 0.2mm, which has the performance of acid and alkali corrosion resistance, moisture and mildew resistance, and adapts to different indoor humidity environments.

It is mainly used for interior walls and ceiling decorations of high-end residences, partition wall panels in commercial office areas, furniture backplanes of hotel guest rooms, and interior decoration projects of public buildings such as schools and hospitals. It is especially suitable for scenarios with extremely high requirements for fire safety and environmental protection, such as the walls of children's hospital wards and the public corridor ceilings of high-end office buildings, which can slow down the spread of fire in case of fire, and provide beautiful decorative effects for indoor spaces, in line with the development trend of modern building green environmental protection.
