Adopting integrated molding technology, the phenolic foam insulation layer and the water-borne sand imitated stone paint surface layer are precisely combined, avoiding the industry pain point of the separation and falling off of the traditional exterior wall insulation layer and the decorative layer. It has excellent thermal insulation performance, with a thermal conductivity of only 0.032 W/(m·K), which can effectively reduce the heat transfer inside and outside the building, reduce the energy consumption of air conditioning and heating, and meet the national energy-saving building standards. The surface imitated stone paint layer adopts a high weather resistance pure acrylic emulsion system, which has excellent anti-ultraviolet and rain wash resistance, maintaining the decorative effect for a long time. The installation method adopts dry hanging or bonding, which is convenient for construction, without large hoisting equipment, adapting to the renovation and new construction of various building exterior walls. At the same time, the weight of the integrated board is only 15Kg/㎡, which is much lower than that of natural stone, reducing the overall building load.

The standard size of each board is 1200mm×600mm, with a total thickness of 12mm, including 8mm of insulation layer and 4mm of imitated stone paint surface layer. The weight of each board is about 10.8 Kilograms, and each square meter of packaging includes 1.39 boards. Each board has been coated with the surface layer, and can be directly installed after arriving at the construction site, without additional coating operations. Supporting installation accessories include special adhesive, dry hanging fittings, sealant and other products, which can be purchased together according to customer needs. The product color card includes more than 50 natural stone texture colors, and exclusive colors can be customized according to the building style.
It is mainly used for the exterior wall energy saving renovation and new construction of various civil buildings and commercial buildings, such as residential communities, office buildings, hotels, schools and other scenarios. It is also suitable for the exterior wall renovation of old communities, improving the aesthetic appearance of the building while achieving exterior wall energy saving and reducing the heating and cooling costs of residents. It can also be used for the exterior wall decoration of cold chain logistics warehouses, cold storage and other buildings with high insulation requirements, further improving the insulation performance.
