The product uses BOPET biaxially oriented polyester film as the base material, providing excellent tensile strength and resistance to punctures. Its UV-stabilized coating blocks 99% of harmful UV rays, preventing fading and discoloration for up to 2 years in outdoor environments. The IPX7 fully waterproof adhesive stays firmly attached even after immersion in water, and can withstand temperatures from -40°C to 85°C, making it suitable for extreme cold and hot outdoor scenarios. The non-toxic weatherproof adhesive leaves no residue when removed, and the customizable die-cut shapes fit various industrial equipment and signage needs.
Each roll contains 500 sheets of 2 x 4 inch labels, made of 120gsm BOPET polyester film with a thickness of 0.12mm. The weatherproof permanent adhesive provides strong bonding to metal, plastic and wood surfaces. It is compatible with thermal transfer printers like Zebra ZT230 and Honeywell PX940, with a printing resolution of up to 300dpi. The product has a scratch resistance rating of 4H and meets EU REACH environmental standards for non-toxic materials.
