The permanent acrylic adhesive firmly adheres to all kinds of paper and plastic packaging surfaces without easy peeling off. The anti-curl design is compatible with automatic label peeling machines, reducing manual intervention. It has passed FDA food contact certification and can be used for food packaging label printing. It is compatible with mainstream brand barcode printers such as Zebra and Honeywell, solving the pain points of high consumables cost and slow printing speed of traditional label paper.
Each roll contains 1000 labels, with a standard size of 100mm × 150mm, paper weight of 80gsm and thickness of 0.12mm. The dimensional tolerance is controlled within ±0.5mm. The working temperature range is -10℃ to 60℃, with a waterproof rating of IPX3 to resist daily splashing water. It is packaged in a waterproof kraft paper box, with a net weight of 1.2kg per roll. The outer carton size is 30cm × 20cm × 15cm, and 12 rolls can be loaded per carton.
