Adopting polyimide (Kapton) material, it can maintain stable performance in the range of -40℃ to 150℃, without fading, warping or falling off under high temperature conditions. The high-temperature silicone adhesive has strong adhesion even in high-temperature environments, and can firmly adhere to metal, plastic and ceramic surfaces. It has passed RoHS certification, meeting the environmental protection requirements of European and American markets. The high printing precision of ±0.2mm dimensional tolerance meets the needs of precise industrial labeling, solving the problem of label failure in high-temperature industrial production scenarios.

Each roll contains 800 labels, with a standard size of 76mm × 102mm, paper weight of 150gsm and thickness of 0.2mm. The dimensional tolerance is controlled within ±0.2mm. The working temperature range is -40℃ to 150℃, with a waterproof rating of IPX7 to resist water immersion. It is packaged in a high-temperature resistant aluminum foil bag to avoid high temperature damage during transportation, with a net weight of 1.5kg per roll. The outer carton size is 35cm × 25cm × 18cm, and 10 rolls can be loaded per carton.
It is mainly used for electronic component production marking, automobile parts manufacturing identification, high-temperature warehouse goods labeling, industrial equipment maintenance marking and other scenarios. It is suitable for automobile manufacturing enterprises, electronic component factories, high-temperature warehousing companies and other users, ensuring that the label information remains clear and effective in high-temperature industrial environments.
