Supports 1-12 color gravure or flexographic printing, which can restore high-precision brand LOGOs, patterns and text information, improving brand visual recognition. It is made of food-grade PE raw materials, conforming to FDA and EFSA certifications, and can be safely used for food packaging. Optional tear notch design is available, which is convenient for consumers to open the package quickly. The bearing capacity can reach 3-15kg, and the thickness can be adjusted to adapt to different weight commodities. It is flexible and durable, not easy to damage, and can protect commodities from damage during transportation and storage.
The size can be fully customized according to customer needs, with a common size range of 10×15cm to 60×80cm, and a thickness range of 0.04mm to 0.15mm, which can be adjusted according to bearing requirements. The printing method can choose gravure printing or flexographic printing, with a printing accuracy of up to 300dpi, which can restore delicate patterns and colors. The packaging uses kraft paper outer boxes, and the number of pieces per box is about 500-2000 depending on the size. Custom accessories such as tear notches, hanging holes and zippers can be added to improve the convenience of packaging use. The temperature resistance range is -20℃ to 80℃, which can be used for cold storage and conventional transportation.
