This industrial PE liner bag uses high-molecular-weight HDPE material, which has excellent tensile strength and puncture resistance, and can withstand the extrusion and collision of bulk cargo during transportation. The heat-sealed edge process ensures that the sealing strength reaches 50N/cm, effectively preventing liquid leakage and dust invasion. It is resistant to most dilute acids and alkalis, suitable for the storage and transportation of chemical raw materials, grain and mineral powder. It can be customized in any size to adapt to 20ft containers, ton bags and other large-scale storage equipment, reducing the logistics cost of bulk cargo transportation.

Product specifications:

The standard thickness is 0.2mm ±0.006mm, with a maximum load-bearing capacity of 20 tons. The conventional size is suitable for 20ft containers (about 5.9x2.3x2.4m), and custom sizes up to 12m in length are supported. The waterproof grade reaches IPX7, which can completely isolate water and moisture. The temperature resistance range is -10℃ to 60℃, suitable for most normal temperature storage and transportation scenarios. Each pallet contains 1 large liner bag, and custom packaging methods are supported.
