The core advantage of this campus takeaway smart locker is its adaptation to high-density pedestrian flow scenarios on campus. It adopts a partitioned compartment design, dividing the compartments into three specifications of large, medium and small, adapting to different sizes of takeaway boxes and avoiding mixed placement leading to food spills. The built-in cloud management system supports real-time order statistics and automatic reminder for unclaimed orders that are overdue, and administrators can remotely lock abnormal compartments to ensure food safety. For the night use demand on campus, the cabinet is equipped with infrared induction lighting, which automatically senses the pickup movement and turns on, improving the safety of night use. It also supports docking with the campus card system, so students do not need to download additional mini programs, and can pick up meals directly by swiping the campus card, reducing the threshold of use, solving the problem of queue gathering during campus takeaway pickup, and greatly improving the efficiency of campus logistics management.
The overall size of the cabinet is 2400mm long * 600mm wide * 1800mm high. The single compartment is divided into three types: small compartment 300*350*400mm (adapted to milk tea and light meals), medium compartment 350*400*500mm (adapted to ordinary takeaway boxes), and large compartment 450*500*600mm (adapted to oversized meals). The total weight is about 320kg, and the maximum load per compartment is 50kg. The cabinet base material is 1.2mm thick galvanized steel, and the surface is treated with epoxy electrostatic spraying, which has anti-rust and scratch-resistant properties, with a waterproof rating of IPX4, which can cope with daily water splashing and rainy weather on campus. The power supply mode is 220V mains access, with a backup lithium battery that provides 72 hours of standby power. It supports 4G full network and WiFi dual networking mode, and the background system is compatible with WeChat Mini Program, Alipay Mini Program and campus-specific management background, supporting multi-terminal permission allocation. Administrators can manage data through PC and mobile terminals, including real-time status monitoring, order statistics and abnormal alarm processing.
The core application scenario is the campus takeaway pickup point in domestic colleges and universities, suitable for semi-open outdoor scenarios around dormitory areas and teaching buildings. It can also be expanded for employee takeaway pickup in parks, temporary storage at exhibitions and other scenarios. The target users include college students, logistics management personnel and delivery personnel. It can effectively solve the problems of crowd gathering, food loss and low pickup efficiency during campus takeaway delivery, and also provide clear pickup data account for campus security departments, which is convenient for tracing the takeaway pickup process and improving the digital level of campus logistics management.
