It focuses on precise temperature control and fresh-keeping function, supporting dual-mode switching of refrigeration and freezing to meet the storage needs of different fresh food and pharmaceuticals. It uses food-grade PP liner and sealed foam layer, with excellent thermal insulation performance, and the cabinet temperature fluctuation ≤±1℃. It is equipped with a real-time temperature and humidity monitoring system, which automatically pushes alerts to distributors and managers when the temperature is abnormal. It supports docking with takeaway platforms and community group buying systems, one-click issuing pickup permissions, realizing the full digital process of deliverer storage and user pickup.
Available in 6-door and 12-door configurations, with overall dimensions of 1800mmH × 1200mmW × 600mmD (6-door) and 1800mmH × 2400mmW × 600mmD (12-door). The outer shell uses 1.2mm cold-rolled steel plate with electrostatic spraying, and the liner uses food-grade PP plastic, with a 50mm thick polyurethane foam insulation layer. The temperature control range is 2℃~8℃ for refrigeration mode and -18℃~-22℃ for freezing mode, which can be customized through the background. Identification supports face recognition, QR code, and pickup code. The 4G/WiFi network uploads temperature and humidity data in real time. The constant temperature electromagnetic lock is equipped with a sealing strip to prevent cold air from leaking. The backup 12V lithium battery pack can maintain the cabinet temperature for more than 8 hours in case of power outage. The 6-door model weighs approximately 180kg, while the 12-door model weighs around 350kg.
It is mainly applicable to community group delivery points, takeaway distribution stations, fresh supermarket entrances, and hospital pharmacy pickup points, for storing fresh meat, dairy products, vaccines, refrigerated medicines and other items that need temperature control, solving the storage problem of the last mile of distribution, avoiding fresh food deterioration, and improving user pickup experience and distribution efficiency.
