At a length of 12m, it fully leverages the toughness advantage of non-prestressed poles. It can better withstand dynamic loads and unpredictable stresses—for instance, during line de-icing in heavy-ice areas or equipment overvoltage operations, it effectively prevents catastrophic brittle fractures.

High-strength threaded steel bars are used as the main reinforcement, with the quantity and arrangement of reinforcement determined by structural calculations. Its design prioritizes structural ductility and overall safety rather than merely pursuing crack-free performance. The concrete grade is usually C40 to ensure coordinated working performance with the steel bars.

Primarily used as reinforced poles in power lines in heavy-ice areas and wind disaster-prone regions. It acts as structural columns in substations, supporting equipment such as disconnectors and voltage transformers. It is also applied in power lines alongside highways and railways to enhance collision resistance.
