Manufactured using the pretensioned prestressing process. High-strength steel wires are tensioned to generate precompressive stress in the concrete, which significantly enhances the pole’s crack resistance and durability. It has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, excellent crack resistance, and a long service life (over 30 years). With a smooth and flat surface, it facilitates transportation and pole erection construction.

Strictly complies with the standard GB/T 4623-2014 (National Standard for Circular Prestressed and Post-tensioned Concrete Utility Poles). The tip diameter is 130mm, and the root diameter is approximately 233mm. No cracking occurs under the standard crack test load. The number of main reinforcement bars is configured according to the bending moment grade, usually 8-10 prestressed steel wires of φ4.8mm or φ6.0mm. The stirrup spacing is scientifically calculated to ensure overall stability.

Mainly used as terminal poles and straight poles in low-voltage distribution lines of 0.4kV and below, rural household power connection lines, courtyard and lawn lighting, support frames for vegetable greenhouses, and warning poles for farmland water conservancy facilities. Suitable for various occasions with low requirements on pole strength and height.
