The lightweight design only weighs about 2.3kg per square meter, which greatly reduces the load pressure on the building facade. The buckling installation method does not require on-site welding, shortening the construction cycle. The standard plate size is 1200mm (width) × 2400mm (length), and custom sizes are supported. The plate thickness ranges from 1.0mm to 1.5mm, and the aperture can be customized to 4mm, 6mm, 10mm, 15mm, 20mm and other specifications. The mesh shape supports custom hexagon, diamond and special shapes. Surface treatment options include powder coating, fluorocarbon paint, anodizing and other processes. It has passed ISO 14001 environmental protection certification, with a wind resistance level of 10, and an outdoor service life of ≥10 years.
