Compared with ordinary stainless steel stair treads, this product uses 316 stainless steel material, which has excellent seawater salt spray corrosion resistance, with a service life of more than 20 years. The perforated anti-slip design provides stable friction even in splashed seawater and oil-stained environments, and meets the Ex II 2G explosion-proof rating, suitable for ship working scenarios with flammable and explosive gases. It has passed ABS and BV classification society certifications, meeting international ship safety specifications, with a maximum load capacity of 2000kg, suitable for large ship deck passage needs.

Each stair tread is made of 316 stainless steel, with a size of 900mm in length, 320mm in width and 60mm in thickness, and a single piece weight of 18.2kg. The anti-slip rating is R13, and the maximum load capacity is 2000kg. The perforated hole diameter is 5mm, with a hole spacing of 10mm, and the surface is polished. The installation hole spacing is 750mm, suitable for ship deck brackets. It has passed 1000 hours of salt spray test, with no rust or corrosion, and meets the Ex II 2G explosion-proof rating and IMO safety standards.

It is applicable to ship decks, offshore drilling platforms, port terminal operation platforms, offshore wind power operation and maintenance platforms and other marine scenarios. It is used for crew and operation and maintenance personnel to pass up and down, meeting the safety needs of large ships and offshore operation platforms. It is resistant to seawater corrosion, does not require regular maintenance, and meets the safety certification standards of the international ship industry.
