The core technical highlight is the hot dip galvanized process, which forms an 80μm thick anti-corrosion layer on the surface of the steel plate, which can resist salt spray corrosion for more than 10 years. The pressed rib anti-slip design uses a one-step stamping process, and the anti-slip rib height is 3mm, which has excellent anti-slip performance. The maximum load bearing capacity reaches 500kg, which can meet the passage of forklifts and other heavy equipment. The standardized bolt holes can be adapted to various stair keels, and individual replacement can be carried out without dismantling the entire stair.

The product uses Q235 hot rolled steel plate with a thickness of 5mm, with standard sizes of 1100mm×320mm×5mm and 1200mm×350mm×6mm for optional selection. The net weight of a single piece is 12kg, the uniform load bearing capacity is 500kg, the anti-slip rib pitch is 50mm, the installation hole diameter is 12mm, the hole spacing is 850mm, and it complies with OSHA 1910.25 industrial safety standards. The anti-impact performance reaches 1000J, which can resist the impact of heavy equipment.

It is suitable for stair treads in industrial warehouses, factory workshop platforms, logistics sorting center passages, heavy machinery factory operation passages and port freight wharf stairs, and is suitable for heavy-duty scenarios that require high load bearing and corrosion resistance.
