The core advantages are 6061-T6 high-strength aluminum alloy, which is only 1/3 of the weight of steel stair treads, greatly reducing the overall load of the ship. The perforated serrated surface design maintains a friction coefficient of more than 0.75 even in seawater splashed and oil-stained environments, effectively preventing slips. The marine-grade anodized coating thickness is ≥15μm, which can be used in coastal high-salt fog environments for 20 years without maintenance. It supports welding or bolt installation, adapting to the fixing requirements of different ship staircases.

Each piece has a standard size of 48 inches (1219mm) in length and 10 inches (254mm) in width, with a thickness of 4mm. The single-piece weight is 6.8kg. The anodized coating thickness is ≥15μm, and the perforated diameter is 5mm with a spacing of 10mm. It meets ABS and Lloyd's Register certification standards, and the mounting hole diameter is 10mm, compatible with M8 bolts. It is suitable for high-salt fog and humid marine environments.

It is applicable to yacht deck staircases, cruise public passages, fishing boat staircases, port wharf staircases, offshore drilling platform staircases and other scenarios. It meets the international ship safety specification IMO Res. A.1019(26) requirements for anti-slip and corrosion resistance, providing safe and reliable up and down passages for ship personnel, especially suitable for high-salt fog and humid marine environments.
