Pre-drilled holes can be pre-installed for equipment installation, and built-in steel reinforcement structure can be added to improve the load capacity. For marine environments, vinyl ester resin base material and salt spray resistant coating can be used; for high-radiation environments, radiation-resistant FRP base material can be used; for aerospace workshops, dust-free sprayed surface treatment can be adopted. Compared with standard products, it can perfectly adapt to the special working conditions of customers, solving the pain point that traditional products cannot meet the needs of extreme environments, while retaining the advantages of lightweight and corrosion resistance of FRP gratings.
