This product features a specially designed slit structure that ensures a drainage rate of over 85%, rapidly discharging rainwater and sewage to avoid water accumulation on the road surface and reduce the risk of waterlogging. The embossed anti-slip surface provides excellent friction force, preventing slips and falls even when wet by rain or sewage. The vinyl ester material has excellent resistance to strong acids, alkalis and organic solvents, making it suitable for harsh chemical environment drainage ditches. Compared with cast iron ditch covers, it has the advantages of light weight, no theft risk and low maintenance cost, and it does not produce impact noise when vehicles pass by, reducing environmental noise pollution. Additionally, it has good insulation properties, preventing electric shock accidents in power distribution ditches.

The grid slit width can be selected as 20mm, 30mm or 40mm according to different drainage requirements, with panel thicknesses ranging from 30mm to 45mm to meet different load-bearing needs. The standard panel dimensions are 1220mm in length and 1000mm in width, and custom sizes can be produced according to project requirements. The static load capacity ranges from 3kN/m for light-duty ditches to 8kN/m for heavy-duty vehicle passage scenarios. It supports two installation methods: cast-in-place bracket and fixed clip, which are convenient for later ditch maintenance and replacement. The surface is treated with anti-ultraviolet coating to extend the service life in long-term outdoor exposure environments.

This ditch cover fiberglass grating is widely used in municipal road drainage ditches, factory workshop drainage ditches, power distribution room ditches, water treatment plant sedimentation tank ditches and other scenarios. It is suitable for places with high requirements for drainage capacity, corrosion resistance and anti-theft performance, providing a safe and reliable cover for drainage ditches, and facilitating daily maintenance and management of ditches. It can also be used in park landscape drainage ditches and community road drainage systems to improve the overall environmental sanitation and safety of public spaces.
