The key differentiator of this anti-slip grating is its patented embossed surface texture, which delivers a P4 wet slip resistance rating, meeting the highest standards for pedestrian safety in wet environments. Unlike coated steel anti-slip grating, this fiberglass option will not peel, chip, or lose its traction properties over time, even after repeated exposure to harsh chemicals and weathering. It also offers enhanced load-bearing capacity compared to standard grating, supporting heavier foot traffic and occasional light fork truck movement. The included bolt-down fixation kit simplifies installation, ensuring the grating stays securely in place even in high-wind outdoor environments. Additionally, it is fully recyclable at the end of its service life, making it a more sustainable alternative to traditional metal grating products.

Each panel measures 1220mm wide and 3660mm long, with a 30mm x50mm rectangular mesh opening that balances debris clearance and foot traction. The embossed anti-slip surface covers 100% of the walking surface, with raised micro-textures that grip footwear even when wet with water, oil, or cleaning chemicals. It has a load-bearing capacity of 3.2kN per linear meter, suitable for heavy pedestrian traffic and occasional light industrial vehicle use. The grating is fabricated from isophthalic polyester resin reinforced with continuous glass fiber strands, ensuring long-term durability in corrosive environments. Available in gray, green, or orange high-visibility colors, it can be customized with company logos or safety messaging upon request. Each square meter weighs approximately 14.2 kilograms, with pre-drilled mounting holes included to speed up installation.

This anti-slip fiberglass grating is ideal for marine docks, food processing plants, commercial kitchen walkways, oil and gas refinery access platforms, and outdoor parking garage walkways where wet or oily conditions are common. Its P4 wet slip resistance rating makes it compliant with OSHA’s slip resistance standards for workplace walkways, reducing the risk of costly workplace injuries and liability claims. The high-visibility color options make it easy for workers to identify safe walking paths in busy industrial sites, while its corrosion-resistant construction ensures it will not degrade from exposure to saltwater, cleaning chemicals, or food waste. It is also commonly used in swimming pool deck surrounds, as it withstands constant exposure to chlorine and water without rusting or deteriorating over time.
