To solve the problem of easy deformation under heavy loads, it adopts a thickened flat bar design and a reasonable grid spacing arrangement, which improves the overall rigidity and stability of the grating. It adopts two installation methods of welding fixation and anchor bolt fixation, which ensures the firm connection between the grating and the base, and avoids the problem of displacement under heavy loads. It can be customized according to user needs for different flat bar thicknesses and specifications, adapting to different heavy load scenarios.

The load-bearing flat bar specifications range from 50×10mm to 80×20mm, and the cross bars are made of φ10mm-φ16mm twisted square steel. The standard board size is 1500mm×6000mm, and can be cut into any non-standard size. The flat bar thickness ranges from 10mm to 20mm, the load-bearing flat bar spacing can be selected as 60mm or 80mm, and the cross bar spacing can be selected as 100mm or 150mm. The hot-dip galvanizing layer thickness is over 100μm, and the polyurethane topcoat thickness is over 30μm, which has excellent corrosion resistance. After 2000 hours of salt spray test, there is no rust. The maximum bearing capacity is ≥100kN/m², which can withstand the passage of 50-ton heavy trucks. The product self-weight is about 25-40kg/㎡, and the matching installation fixtures are M16 galvanized anchor bolts and welding plates. It complies with ISO 9001 quality management system and ABS marine certification.
