It can be customized according to user needs for different flat bar thicknesses and spacing specifications, adapting to uniform loads ranging from 10kN to 50kN per square meter. It supports two installation methods: welding fixation and clip fixation, which can adapt to different installation environment requirements without complicated construction tools.

The specifications of this grating are highly customizable. The load-bearing flat bar specifications range from 20×3mm to 60×10mm, and the cross bars are made of round steel with diameter from φ6mm to φ12mm or twisted square steel. The standard board size is 1000mm×6000mm, and can be cut into any non-standard size according to customer requirements. The flat bar thickness ranges from 3mm to 10mm, the load-bearing flat bar spacing can be selected as 30mm, 40mm or 60mm, and the cross bar spacing can be selected as 50mm or 100mm. The single block maximum bearing capacity can reach 50kN/m². The surface hot-dip galvanizing treatment complies with the national standard GB/T 13912-2002, with uniform zinc layer and no missing plating. After 1000 hours of salt spray test, there is no rust. The self-weight of the product is about 12-25kg/㎡, and the matching installation fixtures are M10 galvanized bolts and clip components.
