The main advantages of this stainless steel grating are its excellent corrosion and acid-alkali resistance, non-toxic and food-safe surface, and easy cleaning characteristics. The polished passivated treatment forms a dense protective film on the surface, which can resist the erosion of common acids, alkalis, and organic solvents. Unlike coated steel gratings, it will not peel off or age during long-term use, ensuring long-term stable performance. The open grid design is easy to clean, with no dead corners for dirt accumulation, meeting the hygiene requirements of food and pharmaceutical workshops.

The bearing flat bar has a height of 50mm and thickness of 4mm, with cross bars made of round stainless steel with diameter of 8mm. The grid opening size is 50×100mm, and the standard panel size ranges from 0.8 ㎡ to 8 ㎡ per piece. The unit weight is 16.7kg per square meter, meeting the Class B load requirements. It complies with the food industry stainless steel equipment standard GB 4806.9.

This product is widely used in food processing plants, pharmaceutical workshop platforms, dairy processing lines, chemical workshop walkways, and seawater aquaculture facilities. It is suitable for scenarios requiring high hygiene standards and corrosion resistance, providing safe and durable working surfaces.
