The core feature of this product is its integrated toothed anti-slip structure, which provides reliable grip even when covered with water, oil, or other liquids, reducing the risk of slips and falls by over 70% compared to ordinary flat steel gratings. The Q355 manganese steel material improves the load-bearing capacity by 30% compared to ordinary Q235 steel, while the hot dip galvanized treatment forms a dense protective layer to resist salt spray and industrial corrosion. The compact grid design (40×50mm) increases local load support and reduces debris accumulation.

The bearing flat bar has a height of 40mm and thickness of 6mm, with cross bars made of square steel with 10mm side length. The grid opening size is 40×50mm, and the standard panel size ranges from 1 ㎡ to 12 ㎡ per piece. The unit weight is 22.3kg per square meter, compliant with the industrial heavy load steel grating standard GB/T 40785. The anti-slip coefficient is tested to be ≥0.8 according to GB/T 3960 standard.

This anti-slip steel grating is mainly used in port terminals, dock wharves, food processing workshop floors, oil and gas drilling platforms, and water park walkways. It is ideal for scenarios with frequent water or oil spills, providing safe walking surfaces for workers and pedestrians.
