The star feature is CMT technology, which intelligently integrates wire feed motion with droplet transfer. During short-circuiting, the system actively retracts the wire to assist droplet detachment, dramatically reducing heat input and achieving truly almost welding. This makes welding ultra-thin sheets (from 0.3mm) possible and greatly improves the appearance and quality of applications like galvanized steel or aluminum brazing. Beyond CMT, its refined pulse and short-arc modes also provide excellent solutions for all-position welding of stainless and carbon steel.

Utilizes a cutting-edge digital platform for millisecond-level synchronized control of current waveform and wire feed speed. Equipped with a high-precision wire feeder for excellent repeatability. The user interface is intuitive, allowing fine-tuning of dozens of parameters like arc length, arc force, and dynamic correction. Supports synchronized motion control with robots or external axes (e.g., positioners). Comes standard with a digital remote pendant for flexible parameter adjustment at the workpiece.
Widely used in automotive manufacturing (body panels, exhaust systems), appliance industry (AC housings, washing machine drums), elevator cabins, food-grade stainless equipment (tanks, piping), metal furniture (thin-walled square tube frames), and architectural curtain walls (aluminum mullions). Particularly suited for precision manufacturing sectors with strict aesthetic requirements, distortion control needs, or those involving dissimilar material joining (e.g., steel to aluminum).
