The system's core advantage is its good productivity. The two wires, driven by independent power sources, can be configured in different parameter combinations (e.g., synchronized pulse, synergic pulse), ensuring excellent penetration and bead profile while achieving deposition rates 2-3 times that of single-wire processes. Advanced synergic control algorithms prevent arc interference, ensuring an extremely stable process. Suitable for high-speed welding in flat, horizontal, and slightly downhill positions, it drastically reduces manufacturing cycle times for large structures and significantly lowers cost-per-meter of weld.

The system comprises two fully digital 600A welding power sources, a central control unit, a dedicated tandem wire feeder (four-drive), and a heavy-duty water-cooled tandem torch. Supports various phase configurations (in-phase or 180° phase shift) to suit different materials and joint types. Equipped with industrial Ethernet interfaces for seamless integration into automated production lines or robotic cells. Data logging monitors actual parameters and consumption for each wire.
Primary target markets are heavy construction machinery (e.g., excavator booms), wind tower sections and flange circumferential seams, shipbuilding panel line welding, longitudinal and circumferential seams for large storage tanks (e.g., oil, grain), and fillet welds for thick-plate H-beams used in bridges. Ideal for filling and capping passes on long straight seams or regular circumferential seams on materials over 8mm thick.
