The core of this machine lies in its optimized pulse waveform control. By precisely adjusting peak and background currents, it ensures good penetration while significantly reducing overall heat input, effectively preventing aluminum distortion. The double-pulse function adds a low-frequency modulation for aesthetically uniform weld bead appearance, perfect for applications with high visual standards. The soft wire feed system, designed specifically for aluminum wire, minimizes feed resistance and wire deformation, ensuring a stable process. An integrated expert database for different aluminum alloys and thicknesses allows for one-touch parameter recall, simplifying the complex setup of aluminum welding.

Utilizes full digital inverter technology with a 3-phase 380V/400V input. In pulse mode, frequency is adjustable from 1-400Hz with 0-60% adjustable cleaning width. Equipped with a large color touchscreen for real-time display and logging of all welding parameters. Standard configuration includes a 4-meter water-cooled MIG torch, 10-meter work cable, and an integrated water cooling circulation system. The machine has an IP23S protection rating and features comprehensive overheat, overvoltage, and undervoltage protection circuits.
Primarily used in transportation (e.g., aluminum trailers, railcar bodies), aerospace component repair, shipbuilding (aluminum hulls), high-end equipment frames (e.g., medical device enclosures, robotic arms), and aluminum structure welding for pressure vessels (e.g., LNG-related equipment). Typical welding thickness range is 1.5mm to 12mm for sheets and profiles.
