Made with thickened Q235 hot-dip galvanized steel, the fence boasts an impact resistance of ≥2200J, capable of withstanding collisions from forklifts or heavy industrial vehicles without bending or breaking. The fluorocarbon spraying surface treatment provides superior chemical resistance, making it suitable for facilities near chemical plants or coastal industrial zones. Its modular design allows for quick installation on uneven terrain, and the corrosion resistance class C5-H ensures a service life of up to 30 years with minimal maintenance.

The fence has an overall height of 2.5 meters, with post spacing of 2.5 meters to maximize structural rigidity. Vertical bars are 20mm in diameter with a 2.5mm thickness, spaced 10cm apart to block climbing attempts. Horizontal rails are 50mm×50mm with a 3.0mm wall thickness, and each top rail is fitted with 5cm-long sharp barbs made of the same galvanized steel. Square posts measure 75mm×75mm with a 3.5mm wall thickness, and are reinforced with concrete footings 500mm deep for stability. The surface fluorocarbon coating has a thickness of 80-100μm, meeting the ISO 12944-5 standard for chemical resistance. Each unit weighs 65kg, and it can withstand wind speeds of up to 140km/h. All components are tested to comply with ASTM F2075-20 industrial security fence standards.
