The Municipal Road Traffic Isolation Iron Fence incorporates 3M engineering-grade reflective strips that reflect vehicle headlights up to 500 meters away, significantly improving night-time visibility and reducing accident risks. Its powder coating provides a smooth, durable finish that resists dirt accumulation and is easy to clean, reducing maintenance costs for municipal authorities. The modular design allows for quick assembly and disassembly, facilitating temporary traffic control during events or road maintenance. The fence also includes rounded edges to minimize injury risks in case of accidental contact, and its lightweight structure reduces transportation and installation costs compared to heavy-duty industrial fences. The 8-year warranty ensures long-term performance in high-traffic urban environments.

Each section of the fence measures 300cm in width and 110cm in height, with a total weight of 35kg per section for easy handling and installation. The main frame is constructed from 30mm×30mm low-carbon steel square tubes with a 1.5mm wall thickness, and the vertical pickets are 16mm diameter round steel tubes spaced 15cm apart. The surface treatment process includes a 60-minute hot-dip galvanizing bath to prevent rust, followed by a powder coating cure at 180°C for long-lasting color retention. The reflective strips are 5cm wide and are fixed to the top and middle of the fence using industrial-grade adhesive, ensuring they do not peel off even after prolonged exposure to sunlight and rain. The fence is fixed to the ground using M12 expansion bolts, which provide a secure connection to asphalt or concrete surfaces.
This traffic isolation fence is widely used in urban traffic management scenarios. On urban main roads, it separates opposing traffic lanes to prevent head-on collisions and reduce lane-changing accidents. In pedestrian streets, it encloses the pedestrian-only area, preventing vehicles from entering and ensuring pedestrian safety. At bus stops, it creates a dedicated waiting area, separating passengers from vehicle traffic and improving boarding efficiency. It is also suitable for installation around crosswalks to guide pedestrians to cross the road safely and prevent jaywalking. Additionally, it can be used as a temporary barrier during urban events, parades, or road construction to redirect traffic and maintain order. Its weather-resistant design makes it suitable for use in all climate zones, including areas with heavy rainfall, snow, and extreme temperatures.
