MDF carved panels commonly use 18mm thickness and require moisture-proof and fire-resistant treatment (reaching Class B1). Aluminum plate thickness is generally 2.0-3.0mm, and the surface can be fluorocarbon sprayed. Stainless steel plates commonly use 304 material, thickness 1.5-2.0mm, and the surface can be mirror-finished, brushed, sandblasted, etc. Installation requires metal or wooden frames for fixation.
