The overall height of the fence is 2200mm, with the bottom horizontal rail 250mm above the ground and the middle horizontal rail spacing 550mm. The vertical rail spacing is 80mm. The horizontal rails are made of Q345 high-strength low-carbon steel with a specification of 60*60*2.5mm, and the vertical rails are 30*30*2.0mm. The zinc coating thickness is 100μm, meeting the industrial-level requirements of GB/T 13912-2002 standard. The surface epoxy zinc-rich spraying thickness is 90-110μm, with optional industrial gray and military green colors. The impact resistance reaches ≥4000N, complying with the heavy-duty protection requirements of GB/T 24509-2009 standard. Each meter of the fence weighs approximately 11.2kg. Installation uses pre-embedded or flange plate methods to adapt to different ground environments, and the accessories are made of hot-dip galvanized steel to prevent rust. The product is packaged with woven bags and pallets, suitable for bulk transportation and stacked storage to save warehouse space. Each 10 meters form a modular unit for quick installation without professional tools.
