This signage uses super grade reflective material with a brightness of 500cd/lx/㎡, ensuring visibility from 500 meters away at night or in low-light conditions, meeting OSHA and ANSI safety standards. The 1.5mm thick aluminum alloy sheet provides excellent corrosion resistance, suitable for industrial environments with chemical fumes and high humidity. With an IP66 protection grade, it is fully dustproof and can withstand heavy rain and high-pressure water washing. The content is printed using UV-resistant ink, ensuring clear visibility for 7 years without fading. It supports dual-content design: one side displays standardized safety warning symbols and text (such as "No Smoking" or "Wear Protective Gear"), while the other side shows park investment information, enterprise recruitment notices, or industrial zone policies. The pre-drilled hole design enables quick installation without additional processing.
The product offers two standard sizes: 600*800mm and 800*1000mm. The aluminum alloy sheet is 1.5mm thick, with a weight of 3.5kg for the 60*80cm model and 4.5kg for the 80*100cm model. The super grade reflective film has a 5-year warranty against fading and peeling. The UV-resistant ink used for printing has a light fastness level of 8, ensuring color retention in strong sunlight. The product’s temperature resistance range is -40°C to 80°C, suitable for extreme cold and hot industrial environments. It complies with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.145 and ANSI Z535 standards for safety sign design. The pre-drilled mounting holes are 10mm in diameter, compatible with standard mounting brackets and poles. The surface is treated with electrostatic spray coating, enhancing corrosion resistance.
This product is essential for industrial park management. Industrial factories and workshop entrances use it to display safety warning signs and internal enterprise promotional information. Chemical bases and hazardous material storage areas deploy it to remind workers of safety precautions while promoting park safety management standards. Logistics industrial zones use it to guide vehicle traffic and display warehouse rental information. Industrial park entrances and main roads use it to showcase park investment advantages, attract enterprises, and display overall safety management policies. Additionally, construction sites within industrial parks use it to display construction safety rules and project progress information, ensuring a safe working environment while promoting project visibility.
