The overall frame is spliced with 60mm*60mm*3mm aluminum alloy square tubes, and the panel is a 3mm thick aluminum alloy single plate, with a fluorocarbon paint coating thickness of ≥60μm. The solar system is equipped with a 200W high-efficiency monocrystalline solar panel with a conversion efficiency of ≥23%, paired with a 120Ah lithium iron phosphate battery, which can provide continuous lighting for 72 hours on rainy days. The light source uses SMD3030 LED beads with a luminous brightness of ≥1200lm/㎡, and the color temperature can be selected from 3000K warm white light or 6000K cold white light. The overall weight of the product is about 280kg for the 5m model and about 450kg for the 8m model. The wind resistance level is tested to reach level 12, which can withstand strong winds with a wind speed of ≥32.7m/s. The installation base is a 1.2m*1.2m*0.3m concrete pre-embedding, and it is fixed to the main body of the sign with M20 bolts on site, taking only 2-3 hours to assemble.
