The high-temperature carbonization process decomposes the nutrients such as sugar and starch inside the wood, the breeding of insect eggs and mold, and improving the dimensional stability of the wood, with the thermal expansion and contraction deformation rate of only ±0.15%, much lower than that of ordinary pine anti-corrosion wood. The surface is treated with antique brushing process, replicating the retro wood grain texture, and increasing the anti-slip performance of the ground, suitable for creating retro-style outdoor spaces. The installation method is flexible, which can adopt nailing or hidden clip installation, adapting to different decoration needs. Compared with ordinary anti-corrosion wood, carbonized wood does not require additional anti-corrosion maintenance, only requiring annual cleaning to maintain the appearance, and the service life can reach more than 18 years.

The base material is Chinese fir, treated with 180℃ high-temperature carbonization, with a moisture content controlled at 8%-12%. The standard size is 130mm (width) ×22mm (thickness) ×1900mm (length), and the weight of a single board is about 4.1kg. The wear resistance grade reaches AC4, which can withstand daily trampling and light furniture placement. The environmental rating complies with EU E1 standard, with formaldehyde emission ≤0.05mg/m³. It passes the American AWPA certification, with UV resistance grade Class 4, and can withstand extreme temperature changes from -20℃ to 50℃. Each board has slightly different texture due to manual brushing, creating a unique retro texture.

It is mainly applicable to retro-style outdoor courtyards, homestay outdoor areas, ground laying of retro commercial streets, retro decoration of outdoor boardwalks and other scenarios. It is suitable for owners and commercial space designers pursuing retro aesthetic style, and can be matched with retro outdoor furniture to create an atmospheric outdoor space, while having excellent anti-corrosion durability, suitable for long-term outdoor use.
