African teak naturally contains rich vegetable oils, which has inherent anti-corrosion and insect-proof properties, combined with vacuum high-pressure copper azole anti-corrosion treatment, forming dual protection, making the service life up to more than 20 years, which is 3 times longer than ordinary pine anti-corrosion wood. The surface is coated with wood wax oil, retaining the natural wood grain texture without additional painting maintenance, only requiring simple annual cleaning to maintain the appearance. The hidden clip installation design makes the ground appearance more neat and beautiful, avoiding nail marks left by traditional nailing, and solving the problem of board deformation caused by thermal expansion and contraction, adapting to the aesthetic needs of high-end outdoor scenes, while having excellent anti-slip performance for safer walking in rainy days.
The base material is imported African teak, with a density of 680kg/m³ and a moisture content controlled at 10%-13%. The standard size is 150mm (width) ×25mm (thickness) ×2100mm (length), and the weight of a single board is about 5.8kg. The wear resistance grade reaches AC5, which can withstand the trampling of small golf carts and other light vehicles. The environmental rating complies with EU E0 standard, with formaldehyde emission ≤0.03mg/m³.
