Adopting imported Nordic red pine as the base material, the floor is treated with ACQ preservative through vacuum high-pressure infiltration, which allows the preservative to penetrate deep into the wood fibers, avoiding the failure of anti-corrosion caused by surface coating peeling, extending the service life by 3-5 years compared with traditional painted anti-corrosion wood. The surface is finely polished to be smooth and burr-free, and coated with anti-UV spray to prevent fading and cracking under long-term outdoor sun exposure. The reserved installation gaps with buckles avoid the board warping caused by thermal expansion and contraction, solving the user pain point of traditional wood flooring deformation during outdoor installation, and adapting to both DIY household installation and professional construction scenarios.

The base material is Nordic red pine, with a moisture content controlled at 12%-15%. The standard size is 140mm (width) × 20mm (thickness) × 1800mm (length), and the weight of a single board is about 3.2kg. The wear resistance grade reaches AC3, meeting daily outdoor trampling requirements. The environmental rating complies with EU E1 standard, with formaldehyde emission ≤0.05mg/m³. The anti-corrosion treatment passes the American AWPA standard certification, with UV resistance grade Class 4, and can withstand extreme temperature changes from -30℃ to 60℃.

It is mainly applicable to household outdoor terraces, small courtyard grounds, balcony floors, and small commercial outdoor leisure areas such as outdoor seating areas of street milk tea shops. It is suitable for DIY decoration owners and small decoration teams, and can be directly laid on a crushed stone foundation or concrete foundation without additional waterproof base treatment, adapting to most home outdoor decoration scenarios, and can also be used for temporary laying of outdoor boardwalks and small park rest areas.
