The core advantage of this fire-resistant curtain wall is its excellent fire resistance performance, which can maintain structural stability for more than 3 hours in a high-temperature fire environment, preventing the spread of fire and smoke to other areas. The fire-resistant laminated glass uses a special intumescent interlayer film, which will expand and form a protective layer when exposed to high temperatures, blocking the transfer of heat and preventing the glass from bursting. The galvanized steel frame has excellent fire resistance and structural strength, and the surface powder coated finish can resist corrosion and aging. It also has good sound insulation and thermal insulation performance, providing a comfortable indoor environment while meeting fire safety requirements.

The fire-resistant laminated glass uses a combination of 10mm fire-resistant glass + 0.76mm intumescent interlayer film + 10mm fire-resistant glass, with a total thickness of 20.76mm. The galvanized steel frame uses 1.8mm thick profiles, and the surface is treated with electrostatic powder coating. The system supports a maximum fire resistance time of 3 hours, and the maximum wind pressure resistance is 3.2 kPa. The standard panel size is 1200mm × 2100mm, and the system can be customized according to the project's fire resistance level and architectural appearance needs.
This product is mainly used in high-rise residential buildings, hospitals, schools, large shopping malls, subway stations and other buildings with high fire safety requirements. It is especially suitable for building facades that require fire compartmentalization, such as elevator shaft exterior walls, corridor facades and large atrium enclosures. It can comply with the most stringent fire safety standards in various countries, providing reliable fire protection for the building and its occupants.
