The biggest feature of this double-skin curtain wall is its adjustable ventilation system, which can automatically adjust the air flow in the interlayer according to the outdoor temperature and indoor demand, realizing natural ventilation without opening the outer glass. The double-layer glass design effectively isolates outdoor noise, reducing indoor noise to below 35dB even in busy urban areas. The system is equipped with a smart control module that can monitor the temperature, humidity and air quality of the interlayer in real time, and adjust the ventilation mode automatically. The outer glass layer can also block most of the ultraviolet rays, protecting indoor furniture and decorations from fading.

The total thickness of the curtain wall system is 300mm, with the outer glass layer being 8mm tempered glass, the inner layer being 6mm low-e tempered glass, and the air interlayer width adjustable between 150mm and 250mm. The frame is made of galvanized steel and aluminum alloy composite profiles, with a surface thickness of 2.0mm, and the system supports a maximum wind pressure resistance of 4.5 kPa. The ventilation system uses a low-noise axial flow fan with a power of 25W per square meter, and the control module supports remote intelligent management.
