The core technical highlight is the multi-layer composite explosion-proof and fire-proof glass structure, which uses intumescent sealant to form a fire-resistant sealing layer when exposed to fire, extending the fire resistance time to 3 hours. It can resist peak overpressure of 100kPa, and can be customized with bullet-proof grade 3 according to NIJ standards. The hot-dip galvanized steel frame ensures structural strength, and the fluorocarbon spraying surface provides anti-corrosion protection. It solves the safety protection problems of high-risk places such as petrochemical plants and government office buildings.

The glass adopts a 12mm+1.52PVB+12mm fire-resistant glass composite structure, with a standard panel size of 3.5m × 2.0m. The frame adopts hot-dip galvanized steel lining + aluminum alloy outer frame, with a wall thickness of 4.0mm, and the surface uses fluorocarbon spraying treatment. The sound insulation performance is up to 42dB, and the waterproof static pressure can reach 1.2kPa. It is suitable for high-risk places with building heights of 3 to 20 meters, and meets the safety protection requirements of national anti-terrorism and fire protection standards.
It is mainly applicable to petrochemical plant facades, government anti-terrorism key buildings, high-speed railway station buildings, ammunition warehouse enclosures and dangerous goods warehouse facades. It can effectively resist fire and explosion impact, protect the safety of internal personnel and property, and meet the fire protection and safety requirements of high-risk places.
