It supports customized sizes and colors to adapt to the decoration styles of different spaces. It has good ventilation and light transmission performance, can be matched with lighting systems to realize integrated decoration, and effectively reduces the overall weight of the ceiling system, reducing building loads.
The substrate is made of 6063 aluminum alloy, with tensile strength ≥205MPa and yield strength ≥170MPa. The standard size is 50mm in width and 100mm in height, and the thickness can be customized from 1.0mm to 2.0mm. The standard length is 6 meters, which can be cut on site to adapt to different spaces. The surface coating thickness is 60-80μm, and the adhesion meets the GB/T 1720 standard. The colors cover mainstream color systems such as pure white, silver gray and carbon black, and Pantone color number customization is supported. The installation keel needs to be matched with special aluminum square tube hangers, and the hanging point spacing is ≤1200mm.
