The standard length of the product is 5000mm, with optional thicknesses of 2.0mm, 2.5mm and 3.0mm. The slotted cross-section has a web height of 120mm, flange width of 50mm, and the hole spacing of 400mm, adapting to the standard mounting spacing of curtain wall panels. The material is 6061-T6 aluminum alloy, with tensile strength up to 240MPa and yield strength up to 180MPa, complying with ASTM C1199 and EN 13968 exterior curtain wall material standards. The fluorocarbon coating surface treatment has a film thickness of 40-60μm, with excellent UV resistance, weather resistance and corrosion resistance. The dimensional tolerance of the keel is ±0.5mm/m, ensuring the alignment and flatness of the curtain wall installation. The products are packed in wooden cases to avoid deformation during transportation, with 6 pieces of 5000mm keels per box, with a total net weight of about 1900kg. The matching curtain wall connecting pieces and screws are sold separately.
