The unique C-shaped cross-section design increases the contact area with wall panels, improving the overall stability of the partition wall. The 1.2mm thick wall ensures sufficient load-bearing capacity to meet the support requirements of double-layer gypsum board partition walls. The anodic oxidation treatment has a film thickness of 10-15μm, which meets the fire-resistant rating of B1 level in China and Class A1 in Europe. It supports quick cutting and on-site modification, reducing material waste during construction. The supporting keel connectors and fixing parts are matched one-to-one, ensuring tight and firm installation without loose seams.

The keel has a standard length of 3000mm with an allowable deviation of ±5mm, the web height is 50mm ±0.2mm, the flange width is 30mm ±0.1mm, and the thickness is 1.2mm ±0.06mm. The anodic oxide film has a hardness of HV300-350, with a corrosion resistance rating of 1000 hours without rusting in neutral salt spray test. The static load-bearing capacity reaches 180N per linear meter, meeting the load requirements of conventional interior partition walls. The packaging is bundled with 15 pieces per pallet, and custom specifications can be customized according to customer project needs. It is compatible with most mainstream gypsum board, calcium silicate board and sandwich panel partition systems.

This product is widely used in office building interior partitions, residential apartment compartment walls, commercial store partition decoration, laboratory partition projects and other indoor space division scenarios.
