The core technical highlight of this keel is the one-piece extrusion molded U-shaped section design, which boosts structural strength by 25% compared with split keel structures. The anodized surface forms a dense protective film to resist indoor humidity and dust corrosion, eliminating the need for additional painting maintenance. To solve the pain point of cumbersome traditional ceiling keel installation, it adopts a clip-on fastening structure that allows quick splicing without extra tools; a single worker can install over 80 meters of keel per day. It has passed ASTM load testing with 120kg per linear meter load capacity, fully meeting public space ceiling load requirements, and its recycling rate reaches 95% to comply with green building standards.

Detailed technical parameters include: 6063-T5 aluminum alloy material, thickness tolerance controlled within ±0.05mm, standard length of 3000mm (customizable 2400mm/3600mm), 25mm flange width and 50mm web height for the U-shaped section, anodized film thickness ≥10μm, 500mm clip connection spacing, single keel weight of ~1.8kg, 12mm matching gap for ceiling main and auxiliary keels that meets North American installation specifications. Packaged with anti-rust kraft paper pallets, each pallet holds 200 standard-length keels, suitable for supporting mineral wool boards, gypsum boards and aluminum gusset ceiling panels.

It is primarily applied to open ceiling systems of commercial complexes, office buildings and exhibition venues, and is compatible with various ceiling panels. It also fits interior ceiling projects in hospitals, schools and other public buildings to meet fire and moisture protection requirements. In temporary exhibition scenarios, it can be quickly disassembled and reused to reduce one-time construction costs. Additionally, it can serve as a shelf support keel for small storage spaces, providing a lightweight load-bearing solution for multiple interior decoration projects.
