This curtain wall keel adopts 6061-T6 high-strength aluminum alloy material, which has high strength and excellent corrosion resistance. The fluorocarbon coating surface treatment not only enhances the weather resistance in outdoor harsh environments but also has good fire resistance. The multi-chamber U-shaped cross section design effectively improves the structural stability and thermal insulation performance, with a load-bearing capacity of ≥800N/m and a fire resistance rating of 90 minutes. It solves the pain points of traditional curtain wall keels such as easy rusting and poor fire resistance, and can shorten the construction cycle of the building facade by 35%, making it an ideal choice for large-scale public building projects.

The keel is made of 6061-T6 aluminum alloy, with optional thicknesses of 2.0mm, 2.5mm and 3.0mm. The standard lengths are 5m and 6m, with a multi-chamber U-shaped cross section, 50mm flange width and 100mm web height. The surface is treated with fluorocarbon powder coating, meeting the standards of GB/T 21086-2007 and ASTM E119. The load-bearing capacity is ≥800N/m, with a fire resistance rating of 90 minutes. It is packaged in wooden pallets and waterproof stretch film, with 500 meters per pallet, and can be customized in special cross section size according to customer requirements.

It is suitable for the facade curtain wall projects of high-rise buildings, large airport terminals, high-speed railway stations, commercial complexes and other public buildings, and is compatible with all kinds of glass curtain walls and metal curtain wall systems.
